I once saw a film about a waitress (I think) that couldn't sleep until she fell in love? Any ideas what it is?

I just remember that in the film she would
Sit on her balcony when she couldn't sleep. And right at the end of
the film she spends the night with the guy she falls in love with and
she sleeps... Its a sort of rom com film.... It's been bugging me for
years what film this is!
